Dear Portfolia Members,

As 2024 comes to a close, we celebrate a groundbreaking year for Portfolia—a year where bold action, innovation, and the power of women-led investing redefined what’s possible. Together, we’ve turned collective wealth into transformational change, investing in the innovation we want to see in the world. 

This year was more than milestones; it was a movement. A testament to the incredible impact we create when women join forces to champion bold ideas, drive equity, and shape the future of industries that matter most.

Here’s what we achieved together in 2024:

  • 6 SPVs & 18 Portfolio Company Investments: Expanding our 150+ portfolio to include: Bitewell, FemDx Medsystems, Frontier Bio, Hera Biotech, Kind Designs, L-Nutra, Neuspera, NowDx, Parfait, Simple HealthKit, Siren, Madison Reed, and Veana Therapeutics, alongside direct additional investments into fast growth companies through a special purpose vehicle (SPV): L-Nutra, Hey Jane, Grub Market, Madison Reed, Canela Media, and a final confidential investment as we close out the year. 

  • 191 New Members Joined: Strengthening our global community of investors. Women in the U.S. collectively control over $10 trillion in assets, a number expected to grow to $30 trillion by 2030, Portflia mobilizes this growing financial power, turning women’s wealth into transformative investments.  

  • $1M+ Returned Checks: Sent return checks to members of the Enterprise Fund equating to 150% of their initial fund investment. Over $1M + was delivered to our investors.  This was the third return check for this fund, and another surging growth company remains in the portfolio. 

  • Fund Launches: Rising America III launched in November. Rising America I is a top 5% of all venture capital funds, of any type or size launched in 2020, with a 31.16% Net Rate of Return.   

  • 660+ Press Features & 1B+ In Unique Impressions –  From CNBC broadcast to Forbes to Venture Capital Journal. Portfolia and our leadership have been at the forefront of conversations about women’s health, diverse markets, and the future of investing.

  • Events: Hosted a total of 2000+ portfolio members and non-members at events across the country including Boston, San Francisco, Washinton D.C., Tiburon and more.

We round out the year with our final direct investment opportunity, b.Well SPV and the closing of our FemTech III Fund, which is now fully subscribed unless you’re already in touch with Brittany to finalize your investment.
