Join the Portfolia Team for an interactive session designed for founders who are currently fundraising. Learn how our investment process works and what we look for in potential portfolio companies across our two open funds: Women’s Health Fund IV and Rising America Fund III.This collaborative session will give entrepreneurs the opportunity to engage directly with the Portfolia team, ask questions about our criteria, and gain clarity on how to navigate our funding process.

General Overview:

At Portfolia, we design venture investing funds to back the companies and technologies we want to see in the world — making investing accessible, collaborative, and impactful. Our funds invest in 10-14 companies per fund, from Seed to pre-IPO. We are especially interested in those where women make markets, and where a national base of sophisticated and connected investors can impact success. We invest in both female and male-led teams with a preference for gender-balanced executive teams.

Open Funds Accepting Applications:

Women’s Health IV: Focuses on emerging technologies, products, and services to improve women’s health and wellness throughout their lives.

Rising America III: Invests in high-growth, innovative companies founded by or serving people of color, LGBTQ+, and underrepresented innovators — expanding opportunity, wealth, and access where it’s needed most.

What we look for:

Must be a U.S. based C-Corp to be considered for funding
Consider companies with solutions in the market (early revenue not required but preferred)
Prefer to engage when a lead investor is secured
Stages: Seed to Pre-IPO (pre-seed companies are welcome to apply but generally too early for our funds.)
Preferred runway is 12+ months

We receive a high volume of inquiries, we carefully review each submission and will reach out directly if your company fits our fund investment thesis.
