Daphne Dufresne is a Managing Partner of GenNx 360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Washington DC focused on investing in industrial and business services companies. She is currently a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Chair of the firm’s Exit Committee. She began her investment career as an Associate Director in the Bank of Scotland's Structured Finance Group, focusing on management buyouts in Europe. Following that, Daphne was a Principal at Weston Presidio, a diversified private equity fund managing $4.4 billion of assets under management. She later went on to become a founding partner and a Managing Director of RLJ Equity Partners. 

She is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 05) and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of both Fleischmann’s Vinegar Company and Media Source Inc. until they were successfully sold. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of portfolio company LAI International and led the investment in J&J Africa. 

Daphne holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.
